Royston Tan has been in the executive search business for more than 20 years. He ventured into this industry to optimize his strengths as an innovative, independent, and persistent business development professional. Over the years, he has been highly successful as an industry specialist in developing new accounts, growing existing accounts, as well as placing first class, talented individuals for his clients.
Prior to this, Royston Tan was a seasoned business manager with over 10 years experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. During that period, he accumulated skills and made significant contributions in strategic planning, project management, channel development, people management, business start-up, business problem-solving, profit & loss analysis, and key account management.
He completed his Bachelor degree in Commerce (Economics & Management) from the University of Newcastle in Australia. He also served as the President of the Singapore Students’ Association (Newcastle University), Co-chairman of Nestle Recreational Club, and President of F&N Coca-Cola Recreational Committee.
